Meet Our 10 Contributing Substack Writers

I’m so happy I can finally share who will be in the first issue of the Mixed Media magazine with you guys! When this idea started, I knew I didn’t want it to just be me and my articles. I wanted this to be a magazine that featured lots of different and interesting writers, all from Substack.

I made a long list of writers who I loved and who I also thought you would all love, and started sending DMs like a madwoman. And to be honest, I couldn’t believe the responses I got when I told people about this idea.

So many people were so excited about this idea and honored that I wanted to feature them. I WAS HONORED THEY WANTED TO CONTRIBUTE! Before I knew it, my project was starting to snowball and grow until I finally had 10 amazing writers who contributed original stories, all original photography, and some were even kind enough to offer a discount code to their paid subscriptions!

I’m still in awe of the writers we got to feature and the amazing stories they shared. Some talked about advice for shopping secondhand, how to decorate your home so it feels authentic to you, stores they love to shop at—it’s so good.
