What's In My Cart: Summer Edition

Everything I'm eyeing and buying for the next season

I wore a sweater last week. A SWEATER. Typing that makes me want to puke. WHY HAS IT BEEN SO CHILLY. Whatever. Mentally, I’m somewhere sunny, toeing the line between getting tan and getting burnt. I have such a great imagination when it comes to summer outfits. Part of me still thinks I’ll wear cute little sets and I’ll always be in something flowy and linen.

Realistically, I’m usually just trading out some of my sweaters for short sleeve tops, since that’s normally what I wear to the office. And when I’m not at work, I’m in something comfortable and easy at home. My summer wishlist has a bit of all three: delusional looks I’ll save for a vacation one day, summer basics I can wear to work, and cute lounge-around outfits for when I’m at home.

This is everything that’s sitting in my cart for summer and what I’m mentally adding to my closet. Expect lots of basics that aren’t basic, statement jewelry, easy linen and cotton pieces, shoes for everyday and for dressing up, and some fun summer pieces I can’t stop thinking about.

Of course, I couldn’t just leave it at what I’m lusting over without including some products and pieces I’ve been loving recently. From the sunglasses I’m loving (that are under $20) to the product that makes every shower feel like a spa experience, I didn’t hold back on this one.
